About

Hello, and welcome.

I specialize in headaches, TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain, as well as stress reduction, and general full body massage therapy. My philosophy is to treat the client as a whole, by tailoring each for what the client needs that day while progressing toward an end goal.

My experience in Buffalo, NY working in a comprehensive facility with neurosurgeons, neurologists, physiatrists, and physical therapists, has given me insight and understanding of how pain can change daily. I have continuing education in deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, and oncology massage, to provide well-rounded individualized treatments. I have received a BS in Exercise Science which provides additional insight for postural modifications and movement suggestions to help disrupt the pain cycle and create change within the body.

When I’m not doing bodywork, I am teaching massage and anatomy and the Cortiva Institute in Westminster, CO. You can also find me snowboarding, rollerskating, or enjoying all of the hiking that Colorado has to offer.

Abby is passionate about fostering new experiences, learning, and continuing to grow! She grew up in Seattle and made her way to Colorado 9 years ago. In her spare time, you will find her rock climbing, hiking, biking, practicing yoga, reading, and spending as much time outside as possible.

Abby graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. She is trained in deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, myofascial, and assisted stretching. She is passionate about creating unique treatment plans that align with client needs. She believes that massage should not be looked at as a luxury but as maintenance for the body.

Client goals are always the top priority. Clear communication is key between client and therapist to have the most beneficial treatments. There is always space for feedback which allows for adjustments necessary to best address client needs.
